The Board is comprised of several members of the Lebanese community who work together to enhance, promote and manage the Stars of Lebanon Theatre Company.

The Board ensures the utmost of excellence, professionalism and distinction with its Artistic and Production team in all our productions.

Pierre Baliki
Chair

Pierre's commitment to make any organization succeed is his greatest asset and has been invaluable to the Stars of Lebanon. He has been a long time supporter, major contributor and member of the company. He is a successful financial planner and owner of Baliki Financial Planning Services. He currently serves on several different executive boards including Advocis Ottawa Financial Advisors, Saints Peter and Paul Church, Msgr. Habib Kwaiter Scholarship Fund and Stars of Lebanon where he has been both Treasurer and Director. He brings to Stars of Lebanon over 14 years of financial experience.

Mirna Njaim
Vice-Chair

Mirna's fondness and familiarity of the arts and literature, especially Arabic, have benefited Stars of Lebanon greatly in the course of her volunteer work with the company on numerous occasions. She currently works as the administrator for the Mid-East Food Centre. She brings to Stars of Lebanon not only her desire for its great success, but also her vast knowledge of the Lebanese cultural heritage as demonstrated through the arts.

Tony Ghossein
Treasurer/Secretary

Tony has served Stars of Lebanon loyally both on and off the stage for numerous years. His work with several charitable and community organizations has provided him with much expertise, making him a valuable resource for the company. He currently works as a manager in a local IT firm. He brings to Stars of Lebanon his vast theatrical knowledge and experience.

Fadi Khouri
Policies & Procedures/Special Events Director

Fadi's long time dedication to the arts is evident in his many talents and contributions to the artistic community. Among his many accomplishments he has worked in theatre, music, media, and journalism. He has served the local Arabic community as host of Baladi (Television program on Rogers) and the host for 7 years of Wutani (Radio program Carleton University). He is currently working in the Information Technology industry. He brings to Stars of Lebanon many talents and knowledge of the Lebanese artistic world.

Jeannine Tartarian
Program Initiatives Director

Jeannine has been with Stars of Lebanon since 1994 where her diverse talents and her passion to share the Lebanese diverse cultural heritage greatly contributed to the company's great successes. She has been on the Board of Directors for Stars of Lebanon since 2001. She currently works for the National Capital Commission as a Program Officer. She brings to Stars of Lebanon her many talents of acting, singing, as well as conducting, writing and composing plays for children.

Fadi Fahel
Marketing & Public Relations

Fadi, because of his enthusiasm for the arts and his culture, has been a great devotee to the Stars of Lebanon throughout the years. He is a successful local business owner in which he serves a great number of clients. His networking talent and his capacity for public relations makes him quite valuable to the success of the company. He brings to Stars of Lebanon a great zeal for the company and desire for its continued success.

Anne Saab
Fundraising Committee Director

Anne has been a long time supporter of the Lebanese cultural and business community. As the Assistant Associate Director of the Sawt El Nojoum Arabic Program on CHIN Radio Ottawa she has been an excellent liaison with the Ottawa business community generating advertisers for the show. She brings to Stars of Lebanon awareness and savvy of marketing and advertising for Arabic programming.
